We promise we aren't giving you the run-around when we reply pricing depends on a lot of things.
Our pricing is usually based upon the length of time you are looking for our services and support. Some clients come to us when they've already bought HubSpot, Salesforce, or another sales automation platform and they're looking for support, consulting, training, and/or advice. In many cases we provide that consulting as a series of workshops to help them better understand how they can apply their chosen sales automation platform to their business and their marketing. Other clients are looking for marketing platform onboarding where they are looking for a tried-and-tested methodology to ensure they are successful and, in many cases, organizations come to us because they genuinely don't know how to approach the digital marketing transformation of their business.
One thing to remember about our services and support is that we are very flexible, we can easily increase or decrease our services based on your requirements, and we review these on a quarterly basis with all of our customers.
You have several options when deciding what support you want to work with an agency like us or bring internal to your sales team. When we provide a quote to you, we strive to include an understanding your challenges and goals in as much details as possible, to ensure we are providing you with the best advice and solution that will help you grow your business, in package options that fit your budget.
Project-based pricing is for a limited scope of work. Retainer, or ongoing, prices are typically for a 12 month or more engagement.
In our 12+ month service agreements, the first three months are always more expensive. Why? Because in the first quarter of our engagement together, we are building out your strategy, developing workflows and trainings with you, and you typically have access to our most senior people who ensure you are on the right track. This is also typical of project based pricing as it is usually for a service like a new platform onboard, collateral update, intensive research or pricing project, or specific campaign without a need for a longer engagement together.
With an annual retainer, your fees are usually adjusted for a more flat fee based upon the range of services that we expect that you will need once the highest intensity period is complete. These hours and deliverables are always flexible, and we typically review your requirements with you on a quarterly basis so that we can ensure the right mix of services.
The start point of our on-going services can be as little as $4,500 per month and depending upon the range of services, number of trainings, volume of content, amount of website development work - can scale up to $10,000 - $20,000 per month based upon the number of areas you need support.
If you're new to sales automation, CRMs, or inbound, we highly recommend that you work with a partner or agency to help you onboard, implement, and optimize your marketing. However, not all partners are equal. Choose the right agency for you can be a lot like dating: you need chemistry, patience, honesty, timing, and genuine respect for the other. You'll be working with this team on a daily and weekly basis, so picking the right agency to work with, with the right options the first time is critical to ensure the success of your marketing, sales, and growth of your business.
We would also recommend that you don't choose your agency solely based on price. If you select the least cost agency, there may be a good reason why you are being charged the least cost. In our experience, an agency charges less when it is still learning the best way to engage with its clients and perform with them.
